Services

NAFS STUDIO offers visual identity creation (NAFS IDENTITY), premium content creation (NAFS CONTENT), and white-label services for agencies (NAFS STUDIO PARTNER). Access to services is subject to an application process. NAFS STUDIO reserves the right to accept or decline any request.

Quotes and Payment

Each project is subject to a personalized quote, valid for 30 days. Payment terms: 50% deposit upon signing, 50% upon delivery. Payment by bank transfer within 14 days of invoice. Late payments incur interest at the legal rate in Luxembourg.

Revisions

Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are charged at the current hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Creations remain the property of NAFS STUDIO until full payment. Upon complete payment, usage rights are transferred to the Client as defined in the quote. NAFS STUDIO retains the right to use creations for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confidentiality Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the project as confidential.

Liability

NAFS STUDIO's liability is limited to the total amount of the quote. NAFS STUDIO is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

Termination

If the Client terminates before delivery, the deposit remains acquired by NAFS STUDIO and completed work will be invoiced.

Applicable Law
